Our Complete Jazz & World Music Collection

The Jazz Heritage Society began making new recordings to be sold via JHS and the Musical Heritage Society in 1980, and produced over 150 fine recordings, featuring jazz lions like Dave Brubeck, Duke Ellington, Benny Carter, Peggy Lee, Stanley Turrentine, Cedar Walton and Freddie Hubbard. 

 

Winners of 2 Grammy Awards in the 1990s, the JHS label supported great artists and their legacies.

The Musical Heritage Society was founded in 1960, with the mission of making great recordings by fine artists, and delivering the recordings directly to the music loving public. Jazz Heritage Society began in 1980, and worked with the great American jazz artists of the 20th century to preserve their legacies and continue to present their new recordings to the public.
