Dichter catapulted onto the international stage in 1966 when, at just 20, he won the Silver Medal at the fiercely competitive International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. This stunning achievement immediately launched a major global career. Merely days later, he made a sensational debut with the Boston Symphony Orchestra under Erich Leinsdorf at Tanglewood, broadcast nationally and cementing his arrival.

Over the subsequent decades, Dichter has maintained a demanding schedule, performing as a soloist with the world's leading orchestras and most esteemed conductors.
